HipHop um genau zu sein, ist hier irgendjemand der Ahnung hat und nicht nur das hört was gerade in den eingängigen Funk und Fernsehmedien läuft??

Wie lang hört ihr schon HipHopMusic?
Wie findet ihr so die Entwicklung in letzter Zeit?

 

Wie lange?
Seit ich so 12 Jahre alt bin...(Das ist erschreckend lange her, muss so um die Zeit von Run DMC "Raising Hell" gewesen sein...)
Hör inzwischen aber etwas gitarrenlastigere Musik...(man entwickelt sich ja weiter!)

Entwicklung zur Zeit?
So die grundsätzliche Pimp Attitüde hat ja schon immer ein wenig dazugehört, aber was da zur Zeit abgeht :shake:
50 cent & co. sind ganz schön erbärmlich! Was ist den aus dem politischen HipHop geworden??

(kann aber auch sein dass ich einfach älter geworden bin: wenn man sich Ice-Ts "Rhyme Pays" Album anhört war das auch nix anderes (Mit dem Unterschied das damals alle neon-farbene Trägershirts anhatten...)

... dazu fällt mir doch glatt auch noch ein guter Rap-Hit ein den es gab, als ich ungefähr 12 Jahre alt war (vielleicht auch schon 15?), nämlich "Rapper's Delight" von Sugarhill Gang. Davon habe ich dann Jahre später sogar die CD-Single gekauft.

Und noch ein "Good Thing" ist mir über den Weg gelaufen, wenn auch aus einer völlig anderen Kategorie: Es gibt bald einen Nachfolger für meinen vor Jahren dahingeschiedenen Citroen CX: http://www.citroen-c6.de/
Muss ich nur noch 3-4 Jahre warten, bis es Gebrauchte zu vernünftigen Preisen gibt, und dann wird wieder hydropneumatisch über die Strassen geschwebt .

Meine erste Hiphop-Platte war BAD von LL Cool J. Sehr gut waren damals auch EPMD, JVC Force, Stetsasonic und auch schon Public Enemy. So fünf, sechs Jahre lang hat mich das interessiert, seither immer weniger. Hab wahrscheinlich viel versäumt ...

Endlich ist mal wieder ein good thing zu vermelden:
Das Bundsverfassungsgericht hat heute das "Luftsicherheitsgesetz" (*), demzufolge (möglicherweise!) von Terroristen gekaperte Zivilflugzeuge durch die Bundeswehr abgeschossen werden durften, für nicht verfassungskonform und damit für ungültig erklärt.

Wir leben als doch in einem Rechtsstaat!
